Headed up by Olivia Sugdon and Chris May. Chris has 23 years of Global corporate experience in the Fast moving consumer goods sector. He is the founder and MD of the International training business, FXL. Facilitators at FXL have held senior roles in Sales, Marketing or Buying working for Companies such as – Coca Cola, Masterfoods, Proctor and Gamble and TESCO. They now spend their time facilitating training workshops and guiding their clients to embed and then measure the impact and benefits of investing in training their people Specialising in Commercial Training which includes Sales, Procurement and Buying which we combine with all aspects of People Management and Leadership. Chris is involved in Aim High on a pro bono basis and gives his time and expertise to ensure clients gain the best experience whilst helping the Ride High Charity to become sustainable.
Olivia Sugdon has been involved with Ride high since May 2019 and previously spent 17 years in the Pharma and Medical Device industry. Her roles covered Sales, Marketing and Senior Management positions and she has delivered and purchased training and management programmes for the organisations she’s operated in.
